SATURDAY MARCH 21st
10:00am - Gates Open

10:00am-2:00pm - Bike Show by the GoldWings Road Riders

10:00am-2:00pm - Southern Cruisers "Drive-In"

2:00-4:00pm - Open Mic

4:00pm - AWARDS PRESENTATION

6:00pm - Gates Close
The public is invited to come enjoy the good food that will be available from vendors, including Barbecue, Fried Catfish, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Corn on the Cob, Snow Balls, Funnel Cakes, Lemonade, Cokes, Boiled Peanuts, Turkey Wings and More!!

The Christian Motorcyclist Association and Goldwing Road Riders Association will be on hand.
We also have these fun activities for the kids: Jump-N-G's Inflatables, "Mother Goose", an over-sized Sand Box (weather permitting), and Magic by Riki.

The public is encouraged to bring lawn chairs, but please no personal coolers.

COOKING COMPETITION SCHEDULE:

Set-up: Thursday (March 19) until 9:00 pm and Friday (March 20) until 4:00 pm.

Cooks Meeting: Friday (March 20) at 5:00 pm. NEED TO BE THERE!
(Following will be a brief class for AMATEUR TEAMS).

Cook’s Breakfast: Saturday (March 21) 7:30 am at Ruben'ss Fish & Steak House.

Judges Registration: Saturday (March 21) from 10:30 to 11:00 am.

Judges Meeting: Saturday (March 21) at 11:15 am.

TURN IN TIMES: Saturday (March 21)

  • Chicken - 12:00 noon
  • Pork Ribs - 12:30 pm
  • Pork (shoulder/butt) - 1:00 pm
  • Beef Brisket - 1:30 pm
AMATEUR - These Times May Change

(There is only a 5 minute lead time on each side per category)

Awards Presentation: Saturday (March 21) at 4:00 pm

NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN COOK AREA UNTIL AFTER THE AWARDS HAVE BEEN PRESENTED.

Ice will be on site starting Thursday for $5.00 per 25lb. bag. Upon request one bag will be FREE to each "Pro" team. Please buy additional ice on site, as this will help our donations to the Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society. Budweiser is one of our sponsors and Bud/Bud Light beer (12 oz. cans) will be available on site for $20.00 per case. Again, if this is your brand, please buy it on site.

A team parking area will be outside the cooking area. Please use this parking area after you get set up, because we would like to have a clean cooking area for the public to enjoy walking thru. Only one team vehicle will be allowed in this team parking area. Please use this letter as your parking pass. Attached is a map of the City of Columbus showing the cooking site at 117 Moores Creek Road. NO motorized vehicles in the cooking area unless previous arrangements have been made. NO PULL OUT UNTIL AFTER THE AWARDS HAVE BEEN PRESENTED.
