SET-UP TIME: Thursday, Noon until 9pm & Friday, 8am-2pm
I AGREE to set-up on the dates of April 8 & 9, 2011 at "Grilling on the River" and sale the above products ONLY. I agree to submit 7% of the gross sales to "Grilling on the River" to be given to the State Tax Commission for the sales tax. All soft drinks (Coke)/beer (Bud) products will be sold by "Grilling on the River".
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound,
hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages
I may have against Rubens Fish & Steak House and/or "GRILLING ON THE RIVER" Committee, and/or KCBS, their representatives, successors,
and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the
"GRILLING ON THE RIVER" Committee or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videos, recordings or any
other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
